About Me
WHO I TAKE ONBOARD
Having worked with students with a range of abilities for years, I bring a depth of professional experience and knowledge for those eager to learn piano on the Northern Beaches. I love a challenge so I will take on absolutely anyone, no matter one’s experience, age, gender or disabilities. I have experience teaching students within the age range of 3 to 60 and with a range of capabilities and disabilities. I believe music is an amazing gift that everyone should be able to unwrap! This is why I offer personalised lessons whilst suggesting AMEB grades as motivation to achieve.
ACCREDITATIONS
- Grade 8 Piano for Leisure (AMEB),
- Bachelor of Education (1st class honours) from the University of Sydney,
- Working with children's check.
MY EXPERIENCE
I have been playing the piano for as long as I can remember! In high school, I began playing seriously by completing examinations with my goal to become a teacher. Through my years of playing, I’ve developed a fond love of all styles of music ranging from the gorgeous melodies in Classical music to groovy bass lines in jazz to the glory of gospel music. I also have quite a vast experience with performance at school and church events, both accompanying and as a soloist as well as having performed at a wedding, restaurants and cafes. Having 9 years of experience teaching piano lessons on the Northern Beaches and teaching within schools, I'm more than qualified to assist you in your piano learning goals!
What I Offer
Piano Lessons
As an experienced and passionate piano teacher, I believe in an approach that gives students positive and constructive ways to learn. I design my lessons and choose method books according to my students’ needs and goals as I realize that every student is unique. I also ensure my students feel comfortable around me but do not stay in their comfort zone!
LOCATION
Lessons are held at my location in Narraweena or there are options for lessons in your home in the Northern Beaches | Limited spots available.

I teaching piano lesson in the Northern Beaches from Newport to Manly including Beacon Hill, Frenchs Forest, Dee Why, Manlyvale, Fairlight, Freshwater, Narraweena, Narrabeen, Terry Hills, Ingleside, Seaforth etc.

Functions
I have experience playing at functions ranging from weddings, restaurants, parties, church and schools! Thus I can play all styles of music. Cost depends on a variety of factors including location of event, song choice and rehearsal. Suggestions of a song list can be provided. Please contact me for a rough quote. Bookings must be made a month prior to the event.
